Our founding chronicles
zesavi is part or alumnus of the most renowned startup programs of the bavarian capitol. On the one hand as a team in the accelerator of the LMU Entrepreneurship Center (well-known alumni: FlixBus, Foodora) apart from participating in batch #7 of the xpreneurs incubator for high-tech startups (a.o. inveox, Crashtest Security) of the UnternehmerTUM.
Furthermore, as one of only five selected startups in 2019, the team had the unique chance to represent the founding aspirations of the Technical University of Munich during a fully financed 14-day trip to San Francisco, the so-called TUM US Venture Program.
All of these stations enable us to gather invaluable experiences and insights, partly through inspiring discussions with experts in the areas of Organizational Behavior as well as Learning & Development in companies like Microsoft and Google or top-notch universities like TUM, LMU, MIT, Harvard and Stanford. The continuous exchange of knowledge with our vast network constantly influences all of our daily decisions regarding new processes and products, further contributing to the goal of bringing our vision to life.
The two founders Max and Edwin got to know each other over a consulting project within the entrepreneurial Manage&More Scholarship (UnternehmerTUM GmbH) in cooperation with the Audi AG. Here, they laid the foundation for zesavis great track record. One by one, the team got stronger with enthusiastic collegues and friends. Within the first 2 years, in which product development and testing were in the foreground, the team was already able to celebrate promising success on the customer side of things: At the end of 2019, zesavi can look back on 33 successfully finished team projects in 7 companies with around 300 users overall. But of course, we do not stop there. 2020, here we come 🙂
Max completed his M.Sc. in Management & Technology with emphasis on organizational behavior and data science at the Technical University Munich and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. His expertise ranges from product vision and management to the analysis of complex data sets.
Edwin received his M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology at the Technical University of Munich with high distinction, where his main focus lay on resilience and system design. Due to his broad areas of interest, he can draw from a number of leaders and experts in various different companies and industries.
Marketing & Design
Valerie finished her M.Sc. Management & Technology at the Technical University of Munich. Especially her longstanding experience in design and marketing which she collected from various projects in companies and teams of all sizes are of invaluable importance for zesavi.
Gerald completed his M.Sc. in Automotive Engineering at the Technical University of Munich. His profound knowledge in web development and machine learning are of the utmost importance for smooth sailing within our web app – undoubtably zesavis beating heart.
Stefanie pursues her B.Sc. in Management & Technology with emphasis on Informatics at the Technical University of Munich. Along with Kathrin, she supports zesavi through her research on the scientific background of motivational structures in different user groups and individual customer journeys.
Kathrin pursues her B.Sc. in Management & Technology with emphasis on mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Munich. Along with Stefanie, she also supports zesavi through her research on the scientific background of motivational structures in different user groups and individual customer journeys.
